New Hinksey CE Primary School

New Hinksey School's Association

(Sometimes known as the PTA)

The association is a committee of parent volunteers whose aim is to organise social events for the school community to help raise funds for added extra resources for the school.

Each year we organise a variety of events such as

Our most recent event was the school's Summer Fete, which was enjoyed by pupils, parents, guardians and staff from the school, as well as visitors from the local community.

Money raised goes towards treats for children at New Hinksey such as funding the Summer Funday and special seasonal gifts.

We also purchase resources for the school. Items we have bought in the past include a sound system with a microphone, digital video cameras for children to use in class, skipping ropes for playtimes and books for classrooms.
